JavaOne Returns to the San Francisco Bay Area!

Stage with a JavaOne podium

Java turns 30 years old next year! The anniversary is a significant milestone as the global developer ecosystem celebrates the continued success of Java and its community. We can’t think of a better way to honor this occasion than announcing the return of JavaOne to the San Francisco Bay Area on March 17-20, 2025.

At its core, JavaOne has always been about developers – and it’s developers who design, organize, and run this event. As the stewards of Java, this developer focus remains our north star as we gear up for another incredible edition. You can expect an agenda with highly relevant and actionable content, active engagement from industry experts and stewards, as well as networking opportunities.

Here are a few key details about JavaOne 2025:

  • The event will be conveniently located in the heart of Silicon Valley at Oracle’s campus in Redwood Shores.
  • Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with Oracle’s Java experts and industry luminaries throughout the event.
  • Community participation is a cornerstone of the event. Leaders across industries will participate in activities, including a community content team reviewing the Call for Papers submissions.
  • Attendees will be able to meet and take photos with Duke IRL!
